Electrical Estimation Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years UAE experience in Electrical Estimation (Interior Fit-Out & MEP projects)
• Strong understanding of electrical design, load calculations, and installation methods
• Experience in Interior Fit-Out projects such as offices, villas, retail shops, hotels, and commercial spaces
• Ability to review electrical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
• Strong analytical and technical estimation skills
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and tendering procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates for interior fit-out and MEP projects
• Review drawings, BOQs, and tender documents thoroughly
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material costing
• Coordinate with suppliers for competitive quotations
• Assist in tender preparation and submission process
• Work closely with project, procurement, and design teams
• Evaluate project requirements and provide value engineering solutions
• Ensure accurate pricing for residential, commercial, and office fit-out projects
• Support the execution team during project implementation when required
