Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in education recruitment or international student admissions.
Knowledge of student visa and migration processes.
Experience working with international universities and education providers.
A background in migration consultancy or visa processing will be highly regarded.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Counsel prospective students on higher education opportunities in Europe, Australia, the UK, New
Zealand, and the USA.
Assess students’ academic backgrounds and recommend suitable universities, colleges, and study
pathways.
Guide clients through the admissions process, including course selection, university applications,
and documentation.
Advise clients on student visa requirements and migration pathways.
Conduct initial eligibility assessments for migration and student visa applicants.
Maintain accurate client records using the company’s CRM system.
Build and maintain relationships with universities and education partners.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
Keep up to date with changes in immigration policies, visa regulations, and university admission
requirements.
