REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by transportation needs.
• Proficiency in using GPS and route planning software to optimize transportation routes.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and loading goods.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Ensure safe and timely transportation of goods and personnel while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Manage logistics, including loading and unloading, while ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Train and mentor junior drivers in best practices for safety and customer service.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among drivers.
