REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.
• Familiarity with freight operations and shipping/receiving processes is beneficial.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze information effectively for decision-making purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of freight.
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, inventory management, and client communications.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues related to freight movement.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and communications.
