REQUIREMENTS

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Dispatcher in the logistics or transportation industry.
• ⁠ ⁠Prior experience handling international transportation operations is preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of logistics processes and shipment coordination.
• ⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of international shipping and transportation regulations.
• ⁠ ⁠Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• ⁠ ⁠Computer savvy with strong knowledge of logistics software and operational systems.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple trucks simultaneously.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• ⁠ ⁠Manage and monitor assigned trucks and drivers on a daily basis.
• ⁠ ⁠Schedule and organize transportation and shipment activities.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with drivers, clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• ⁠ ⁠Track truck movements and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• ⁠ ⁠Handle operational issues, delays, route changes, and emergencies efficiently.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain regular communication with drivers during transit.
• ⁠ ⁠Update shipment and dispatch records accurately in company systems/software.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with transportation and international shipping regulations.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and share operational updates and reports with management.
