Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of validated success in a consultative, enterprise-level sales role
  • Extensive experience within the Financial Services or Fintech ecosystem
  • Sophisticated understanding of the regional banking landscape in the MEA
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas by selling solutions to Financial Institutions
  • Knowledge of blockchain-enabled payments, including stablecoin liquidity and digital asset custody
  • Outstanding client relationship and leadership skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the full sales lifecycle to meet and surpass assigned booking targets for Ripple products and services
  • Act as a subject matter expert on blockchain-enabled payments, translating technical advantages into commercial value
  • Generate and close high-value opportunities within the financial services sector across the MEA region
  • Develop high-impact account plans and go-to-market tactics to penetrate top-tier financial institutions
  • Conduct client site visits, deliver sales presentations, and perform product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline forecasts and detailed reporting of sales activities
  • Travel frequently across the MEA region to engage with customers and prospects
