REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with 5 years’ experience implementing SaaS solutions.
• Experience in Agile principles and incremental software delivery
• Strong personality and communication skills
• Technical acumen in cloud infrastructure, architecture, AI/ML, data modelling
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading complex SaaS implementations.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Extensive experience communicating and working with senior external and internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owning the technical solution of the project to be delivered successfully through engagement with internal stakeholders for Cloud applications, Analytics and Strategy , understanding the deliverables and working closely with Project Manager to align schedule and ownership
• Work alongside the Project Management Office while owning technical delivery and configuration of SaaS solutions
• Continuously improve the Delivery Standard Operating Procedure while providing feedback to PMO/PM and Product teams based on experience
• Guide customers in technical and implementation best practices of SaaS solutions
• Work with technology for any customized applications, dashboards or any non standard feature.
• Promoting a safe working environment, being responsible and driving compliance, quality & EHS culture in the organization.
