RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter customer information, service details, and job updates into company databases
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Update digital records related to plumbing service requests and completed jobs
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
- Assist with preparing service reports and summaries
- Perform routine data checks to identify missing or incorrect information
- Support administrative staff with basic data-related tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
- Communicate with team members to clarify incomplete records when needed
