REQUIREMENTS

  • Language : Must be fluent in Hindi and have working proficiency in English.
  • Experience: 3–8 Years
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Strong ability to generate quality leads and improve ROI
  • Experience in social media campaign management
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
  • Experience in creating social media creatives, posters, banners, and marketing materials
  • Video editing skills for reels and promotional content

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
  • Generate quality leads through paid marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and conversions
  • Manage social media pages and improve engagement
  • Create marketing creatives and promotional content
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
