REQUIREMENTS

Platform Expertise: 2+ years of highly specialized, daily management of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Shopify Experience: Demonstrated success planning or executing campaigns directly within the Shopify Ads platform and ecosystem.
Data-Driven: Proficiency in setting up UTMs, tracking pixels, and analyzing data to refine marketing strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Market Focus: Deep understanding of global e-commerce landscapes, digital consumer behaviors, and cross-border marketing trends.
Remote Ready: Proven ability to work independently across time zones with strong written and verbal English communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce Strategy & Analytics

  • Drive online sales optimization by tracking the end-to-end conversion funnel.
  • Utilize e-commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Shopify dashboards) to generate weekly performance reports and actionable insights.

Shopify Advertising & Growth

  • Develop and manage Shopify ad campaigns (Shop Ads, App Store ads, and marketplace placements) to build brand awareness, drive targeted traffic, and boost store subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with Shopify’s ecosystem and partnership networks to align performance campaigns with global retail trends and shopping events.

Paid Media & Advertising (Google & Meta)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital ad campaigns via Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
  • Manage daily advertising budgets and execute rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, audiences, and landing page creatives.
