Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in digital content creation with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in graphic design, videography, photography, copywriting, and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), WordPress CMS platform, HTML/CSS coding basics, and content management systems.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles including keyword research and implementation strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite or Buffer) and social media marketing strategies for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), Google Analytics for data analysis, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging copy tailored to various audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for creativity combined with strategic thinking to develop innovative content solutions that align with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience preferences to maximize engagement across social media, websites, email campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.
- Create captivating multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written copy using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other editing tools.
- Manage content publishing schedules using content management systems such as WordPress and other CMS platforms to ensure timely delivery of fresh material.
- Optimize digital content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research, implementing best practices in HTML and CSS for web pages, and enhancing visibility through targeted keywords.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support B2B marketing initiatives.
- Monitor website analytics with tools like Google Analytics to assess content performance; adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement metrics.
- Support social media management efforts by creating posts, managing scheduling tools, analyzing engagement data, and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Assist in email marketing initiatives by designing templates, writing compelling copy, and automating campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Contribute to the production of white papers, case studies, and other thought leadership materials that position the brand as an industry leader.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies such as videography and graphic design innovations to continually enhance content quality.
