Deployment Strategist

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Basic proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and logical approach to finding optimal solutions
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new voice and audio AI models

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points
• Design and architect bespoke integrations to ensure technology fits seamlessly into customer products
• Identify relevant use cases and work with engineers to implement innovative voice and audio AI solutions
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing AI models to maximize effectiveness
• Present technical proposals and project results to audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-suite executives
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into core software products
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution for major projects with strategic partners
• Build and deliver compelling demos of voice and audio AI technology
