Data & Systems Analyst
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Interest in data, systems, or IT and a desire to build a career in this space
Comfortable working with structured data and learning new systems
Ability to follow processes, use templates, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, especially when supporting non-technical users
Proactive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and take ownership of tasks
Basic experience with Excel or similar tools is a plus, but not required
Genuine interest in building a long-term career in data, systems, or IT
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Quality & Integrity
- Review and maintain data accuracy across systems
- Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records
- Perform routine data checks and flag issues
- Escalate more complex data problems as needed
Systems Support (Quickbase)
- Assist users with basic questions and issues in Quickbase
- Help with reports, dashboards, and general navigation
- Support user setup, access, and permissions
- Guide users on proper system usage
IT Support & Help Desk
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee technical support requests
- Respond to and manage incoming support tickets
- Troubleshoot basic issues (access, software, connectivity)
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team
Reporting & Analysis
- Help build and maintain basic reports
- Support recurring data checks and validation processes
- Identify patterns in data issues and flag for improvement
Workflow & System Operations
- Monitor automated workflows and flag or resolve issues
- Assist with maintaining dashboards, forms, and templates
- Help re-run or trigger processes when needed
