Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter customer, product, and inventory information into databases with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to data entry tasks.
- Follow established procedures and workflows to ensure consistency and quality.
