REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable handling repetitive interactions
  • Bonus: basic technical understanding or willingness to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries (calls, messages, emails)
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or issue resolution
  • Handle basic troubleshooting guidance
  • Route complex technical issues to repair / FAE teams
  • Assist in spare parts coordination and simple logistics communication
  • Support pre-sales outreach (e.g. initial dealer contact or lead qualification)
  • Act as communication bridge between customer, sales, and repair teams
