REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling repetitive interactions
- Bonus: basic technical understanding or willingness to learn
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound customer inquiries (calls, messages, emails)
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or issue resolution
- Handle basic troubleshooting guidance
- Route complex technical issues to repair / FAE teams
- Assist in spare parts coordination and simple logistics communication
- Support pre-sales outreach (e.g. initial dealer contact or lead qualification)
- Act as communication bridge between customer, sales, and repair teams
