REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM, online tools)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Professional and friendly communication style
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

Preferred

  • Experience in customer support or call center roles
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
  • Previous remote work experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to tenant and client inquiries via email and messaging platforms
  • Assist with maintenance requests and follow-ups
  • Provide updates regarding property-related concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Support general administrative and communication tasks
