REQUIREMENTS
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks within an office setting.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous for handling billing or bookkeeping tasks.
- Previous office management or administrative experience preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle multiple customer calls efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize computer skills and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to document interactions, update records, and process transactions accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including filing digital documents and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.
- Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk responsibilities to support daily operations.
- Provide clerical support by proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative tasks related to customer support.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues swiftly, ensuring a positive experience that promotes loyalty and trust.
