RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboarding new clients into the Painter Growth eco system & helping navigate coach assignments.
- Checking in with clients who need support or are disengaging.
- Making outbound calls (including past clients) to re-start conversations
- Booking free strategy calls for our coaches
- Keeping notes, trackers, and follow-ups clean and up to date ( mostly of Google sheets )
- Making sure coaches have the information they need
- Summarizing feedback, reasons for clients leaving and resource requests.
- Coach enablement by assisting coaches with various appointment setting and Check in call functions
