RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboarding new clients into the Painter Growth eco system & helping navigate coach assignments.
  • Checking in with clients who need support or are disengaging.
  • Making outbound calls (including past clients) to re-start conversations
  • Booking free strategy calls for our coaches
  • Keeping notes, trackers, and follow-ups clean and up to date ( mostly of Google sheets )
  • Making sure coaches have the information they need
  • Summarizing feedback, reasons for clients leaving and resource requests.
  • Coach enablement by assisting coaches with various appointment setting and Check in call functions
