Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry; familiarity with customer support software is advantageous.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Must be able to work the hours of 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, and at least 2 Saturday hours 10am-4pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate support.
