Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry; familiarity with customer support software is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Must be able to work the hours of 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, and at least 2 Saturday hours 10am-4pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate support.
