REQUIREMENTS

  • Clear, professional communication — on the phone and in writing
  • Comfort staying organized and focused during a steady stream of contacts
  • A problem-solving approach and patience with customers who need help
  • Your own computer and reliable internet connection (equipment is not provided)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, and chat — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping records accurate.
  • Handle a steady flow of contacts daily — busy enough that the time moves, with room to breathe between.
  • After about 45 days and completing your first skill advancement, take on additional responsibilities like appointment scheduling and order taking.
