REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
