Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Work authorization in the United States and based in a company approved location.
- The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check, conducted in accordance with local law/regulations, before beginning work.

- Candidates must have their own computer/laptop with minimum specs of 8gb RAM, i5, 2.50 GHz, Windows 10 or higher, dual monitors, headset, high-speed internet, and a webcam
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle high inbound call volume while navigating multiple systems at a time
- Professionally communicate through phone and email to assist and educate customers throughout the claim process, and de-escalate as needed
- Use problem solving and critical thinking to assist customers efficiently and effectively
- Maintain adaptability, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn
- Contribute to a collaborative, high volume, fast-paced environment
- Meet and exceed expectations through being detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and self-motivated
