– Able to multitask between different systems and tools

– Comfortable using CRM systems and online platforms

– Ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously

– Quick learner with new software and systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Make calls

– Answer inbound calls and assist clients professionally

– Provide information and respond to customer questions

– Coordinate and schedule online meetings with partner businesses

– Follow up with clients and update customer records

– Maintain accurate information within our internal systems

This position focuses on customer communication, coordination, and support.
