RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming service calls & assist caller with:
· Payments
· Changes
· Cancellations
· Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Handle customer service complaints with patience, professionalism, and escalating issues when needed.
· Responsible for replying service/info/Concierge inbox emails
· Confirm online bookings
· Cross train on QC and Final payment reports
· Open group Inventory
· Other duties as assigned by management
