Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in an email‑focused environment
  • Interest or experience in clinical research or healthcare strongly preferred
  • Ideally located in PA, NC, TX, NY, FL, MA, WV, GA, WI, or IL

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver high‑quality customer service via email and phone
  • Manage a high volume of email correspondence with professionalism
  • Perform detailed administrative work and accurate data entry
  • Maintain logs and documentation related to client and study activity
  • Problem‑solve and think critically to resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicate and collaborate with Managers and team members
  • Follow company policies while adapting to changing priorities
