Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an email‑focused environment
- Interest or experience in clinical research or healthcare strongly preferred
- Ideally located in PA, NC, TX, NY, FL, MA, WV, GA, WI, or IL
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high‑quality customer service via email and phone
- Manage a high volume of email correspondence with professionalism
- Perform detailed administrative work and accurate data entry
- Maintain logs and documentation related to client and study activity
- Problem‑solve and think critically to resolve issues efficiently
- Communicate and collaborate with Managers and team members
- Follow company policies while adapting to changing priorities
