Educational Qualification:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage call center inquiries.
• Coordinate customer and agent communication.
• Handle export and import operations.
• Process client quotations and bookings.
• Resolve courier disputes.
