Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Banking Operations, or Trade Finance is preferred.
- Knowledge of trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit (LCs), is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through various communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive client experience.
- Assist clients with trade finance and banking-related processes.
- Prepare, review, and manage trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and related records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and transactions.
- Follow up on customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and operational procedures.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities as required.
