Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Someone reliable who shows up and gets it done
  • Good communication skills—straightforward and professional
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple jobs at once
  • Comfortable working on your own from home
  • Dispatching, admin, or customer service experience is a plus
  • HVAC or electrical background is a bonus, but not required
  • Experience with Housecall Pro (or similar) helps, but we can train the right person

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering calls, texts, and emails from customers, tenants, and property managers
  • Scheduling jobs and dispatching techs using Housecall Pro
  • Keeping communication clear between the field and the customer
  • Setting up jobs, updating notes, and keeping the schedule organized
  • Putting together estimates and sending invoices
  • Following up on approvals, completed work, and payments
  • Making sure nothing falls through the cracks
