REQUIREMENTS
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling systems)
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Send pricing quotes to customers quickly and accurately
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate appointments
- Communicate with drivers and customers regarding delivery details and timing
- Maintain organized records of calls, quotes, and scheduled jobs
- Follow up on pending quotes and customer requests
- Assist with general administrative and customer support tasks
