  • Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Send pricing quotes to customers quickly and accurately
  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate appointments
  • Communicate with drivers and customers regarding delivery details and timing
  • Maintain organized records of calls, quotes, and scheduled jobs
  • Follow up on pending quotes and customer requests
  • Assist with general administrative and customer support tasks
