REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and order‑entry processes
Excellent customer service, communication, and follow‑up skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Problem‑solver with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary customer contact for order inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
Enter, review, and manage customer orders within our ERP system with accuracy
Coordinate closely with manufacturing, scheduling, and shipping to plan production and meet delivery requirements
Monitor job progress and proactively communicate lead times, changes, or delays
Support customers with product information, order status updates, and documentation
Assist with various operational and administrative duties to ensure efficient workflow across departments
