REQUIREMENTS

*As this is a remote role, a reliable internet connection and computer is required.

* An applicant must have 2+ years of experience in submitting Medicare applications on behalf of providers.

* Most communication both internally and externally will be through video calls. An applicant needs to be competent in navigating the Google workspace for both email and video conferencing communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Complete full credentialing, demographic update and provider enrollment projects as needed.

*Upon receipt of new projects, review and confirm that the available information and documentation have been provided so that the application can be completed

* Submit applications to commercial payers, Medicare and Medicaid on behalf of clients as assigned and follow-up with application and enrollment progress regularly

* Provide updates as needed to our client’s Account Manager so that regular status updates can be communicated to the client

* Maintain your own provider portal access (through our client’s email login) as needed so applications can be submitted and tracked

* Document updates and actions in our internal workflow database
