Creative Producer
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 to 7 years of experience in creative, content, or campaign production
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced productions
- Strong understanding of social media, paid media, and campaign production requirements
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end production for global campaigns, social and paid media, influencer shoots, and e-commerce assets
- Lead fast-paced productions by managing internal teams and external vendors or agencies
- Build and manage detailed production timelines, shoot schedules, and post-production delivery trackers
- Oversee the full post-production process, including editing, retouching, color grading, and versioning
- Act as the central point of coordination between Creative, Design, Social, Paid, and Brand teams
- Translate creative concepts into executable production plans across all platforms
- Develop and optimize workflows and systems using tools like Asana to improve pipeline efficiency
- Proactively identify and solve risks across the production and post-production lifecycle
