REQUIREMENTS
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in content writing and editing.
• Strong understanding of SEO methodologies, with the ability to proactively source information and develop high-quality content.
• Creative and strategic thinker with experience in commercial real estate writing considered a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and manage high-quality content across client-facing materials, blogs, reports, social media, email campaigns, and website updates ensuring consistency in style, tone, visuals, and brand standards.
• Lead editorial and communication initiatives, including idea generation, campaign execution, and coordination with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams for all marketing collateral.
• Drive public relations efforts by handling press releases, media interviews, and building strong relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate and guide the marketing team, fostering a productive environment, ensuring compliance with legal/industry standards, and contributing to overall marketing strategy and performance.
