Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Ability to strictly adhere to assigned shifts and working hours.
• Must remain active and productive throughout the shift duration.
• Good communication skills in English and at least one regional language (both written and spoken).
• Technical Requirements:
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
• Laptop with Intel i5 processor or above and Windows 10 Pro or higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, tag, and categorize content accurately according to platform policies.
• Monitor and maintain content quality by identifying and flagging inappropriate or irrelevant data.
• Conduct user calls for verification, feedback, or support when required.
• Ensure clear, professional, and effective communication during user interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for updates, reporting, and process improvements.
