Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Ability to strictly adhere to assigned shifts and working hours.
- Must remain active and productive throughout the shift duration.
- Good communication skills in English and at least one regional language (both written and spoken).
- Technical Requirements:
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
- Laptop with Intel i5 processor or above and Windows 10 Pro or higher.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, tag, and categorize content accurately according to platform policies.
- Monitor and maintain content quality by identifying and flagging inappropriate or irrelevant data.
- Conduct user calls for verification, feedback, or support when required.
- Ensure clear, professional, and effective communication during user interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for updates, reporting, and process improvements.
