Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Preffered
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Professional working proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partners with executives to manage meeting outcomes/action items, presentation development, and other communications deliverables ensuring that time is spent in areas that further the organization’s goals
- Leads project management of assigned projects including resource coordination, planning, stakeholder communication and implementation
- Administers, analyzes, implements, and tracks improvement initiatives for assigned projects
- Engages leadership to design and implement continuous improvement across solution and community operations
- Acts as the leadership representative and subject-matter expert for all projects, communities, and teams related to/reporting to the respective executive leader
