Construction Manager – Facade

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. 8+ years of experience in facade construction, engineering, or project management.
2. Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and facade systems.
3. Experience in managing facade budgets, cost control, and forecasting.
4. Proven ability to handle change orders, variations, and subcontractor negotiations.
5. Skilled in reviewing facade designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
6. Experience overseeing facade installation activities and ensuring quality compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage facade-related budgets, track expenditures, and provide accurate cost forecasts, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
• Manage facade-related change orders, assessing their impact on the project budget and schedule, and negotiating with subcontractors.
• Oversee and manage all facade-related construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Conduct thorough reviews of facade designs, shop drawings, and submittals, providing technical expertise and identifying potential issues early on.
