REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
8–15 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in piling and foundation works.
Strong knowledge of piling methods, drilling techniques, foundation systems, and geotechnical considerations.
Proven experience in handling clients, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in project cost control, resource planning, and productivity improvement.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and HSE requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee all construction activities related to piling and foundation projects.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and consultants.
Plan, allocate, and control resources, equipment, materials, and manpower for efficient project execution.
Analyze soil investigation reports and ground conditions to determine suitable drilling methods and equipment.
Select and arrange appropriate drilling tools and piling equipment based on project requirements.
Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance to ensure timely completion.
Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all site activities.
Control project costs, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Provide technical oversight and resolve construction challenges through practical engineering solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and increase production output.
Prepare and review project schedules, reports, method statements, and progress updates.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, and company standards.
