Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in piling and foundation works.
  • Strong knowledge of piling methods, drilling techniques, foundation systems, and geotechnical considerations.
  • Proven experience in handling clients, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in project cost control, resource planning, and productivity improvement.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and HSE requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Primavera P6 (Project Planning & Scheduling)
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • AutoCAD

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage and oversee all construction activities related to piling and foundation projects.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Plan, allocate, and control resources, equipment, materials, and manpower for efficient project execution.
  • Analyze soil investigation reports and ground conditions to determine suitable drilling methods and equipment.
  • Select and arrange appropriate drilling tools and piling equipment based on project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance to ensure timely completion.
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all site activities.
  • Control project costs, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Provide technical oversight and resolve construction challenges through practical engineering solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and increase production output.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, reports, method statements, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, and company standards.
