Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in construction or general labor work is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a construction environment.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional behavior.
• Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu are an advantage.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to site requirements.
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE with a valid Tourist Visa or Residence Visa.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily construction site activities and operations.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials.
• Support supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers with assigned tasks.
• Perform general labor duties as required on-site.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards at the worksite.
• Follow all company policies, site regulations, and health & safety procedures.
• Operate basic tools and equipment when required and under proper supervision.
• Assist in preparing work areas and handling site materials efficiently.
• Report any safety concerns, hazards, or incidents to supervisors promptly.
