Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UAE company formation, business setup, corporate services, or related consultancy roles.
• Strong understanding of UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore company registration procedures.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Additional language skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Existing network within the Russian-speaking business community.
• Experience with UAE visa processing and corporate banking assistance.
• Knowledge of UAE corporate tax and compliance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise clients on suitable UAE business setup options, including mainland, free zone, and offshore structures.
• Conduct consultations with Russian-speaking and English-speaking clients regarding company formation requirements.
• Explain licensing options, visa regulations, banking procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Manage the complete company incorporation process from initial inquiry through license issuance.
• Coordinate with UAE government authorities, free zones, banks, and service providers.
• Prepare, review, and submit company registration documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful business registrations.
• Provide ongoing corporate services support, including visa processing, license renewals, amendments, and compliance matters.
• Stay updated on UAE corporate regulations, immigration rules, and business setup trends.
