Commissioned Sales Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as header bidding, programmatic advertising, and ad optimization
- Proven ability to generate and close leads in a competitive market
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment
Preferred
- Understanding of the APAC digital publishing landscape
- Fluency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target high-potential publishers in the APAC region through research, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to present tailored ad-tech solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals via product demos and negotiations
- Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events
- Collaborate with account management and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track sales performance and pipeline progress using CRM tools
- Stay informed on APAC ad-tech trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies
