Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or technical products
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling campaigns and business development initiatives
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to customer acquisition and retention is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or technical sales roles is highly desirable
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities and nurture ongoing relationships
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Engage in telemarketing activities to promote products and services, leveraging marketing insights to target the right audience
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams on business development strategies, sharing insights gained from client interactions to improve outreach efforts
- Maintain thorough documentation of all communications and negotiations for accurate reporting and follow-up
