REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in sales, or relevant sales experience.
– Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market and regulatory environment.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
– Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
– Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally.
– Savings to support 3-6 months in a commission-based role.
– Attested Education Certificate
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Identify and engage potential clients seeking commercial properties for sale or lease.
– Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with the best property options.
– Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the key features and benefits of each property.
– Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
– Prepare and present detailed property proposals and reports.
– Maintain a strong network of industry contacts including property owners, investors, and developers.
– Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
– Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
