Collections Analyst
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing a collections portfolio across enterprise and SMB accounts
- Proven ability in dispute resolution, escalation, and recovery
- Proficiency with AR and collections tools, preferably NetSuite or an equivalent ERP
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of accounts
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing aging reports and metrics
Preferred
- Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription billing collections environment
- Familiarity with legal and commercial escalation paths for delinquent accounts
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the collections cycle for outstanding receivables, including customer outreach and tracking aging buckets
- Resolve payment disputes and work cross-functionally with AR, Revenue Accounting, and Customer Success to accelerate cash recovery
- Build and maintain efficient collections workflows
- Develop and maintain professional customer relationships to resolve payment issues promptly
- Provide data-driven inputs for quarterly CECL analysis and collection metrics
