Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Career interest in the assigned department(s), or in the environmental services or vegetation management industries.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a current Driver’s Abstract would be considered an asset.
- Must currently possess, or be willing to obtain, Intermediate or Advanced First Aid certification, or equivalent, is considered an asset.
- Ability to work with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products utilizing the latest operating system.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service focusing on rapport-building, listening, questioning and patience.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast paced, and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Provide support to assigned department(s) on various projects.
- Collaborate with other teams to complete tasks and develop solutions.
- Gain exposure to various environmental services and vegetation management roles in a professional setting.
- Participate in process improvement and automation projects as needed.
- Learn the technology of the assigned department(s).
- Network with various teams within the company.
- Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership.
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
- Other duties as required.
