REQUIREMENTS

Active

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license
• Eligible for multi-state compact licensure (FL preferred; WA license required within 60 days if non-compact — fees reimbursed)
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• EMR proficiency
• BLS certification
• HIPAA-compliant home office with high-speed internet and webcam

Preferred:

• Telehealth, weight management, or HRT experience
• Florida-based (Polk County or Tampa/Orlando Metro)
• Bilingual Spanish or multilingual

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct patient intake via phone/portal using physician-approved protocols
• Collect and document vitals, medical history, and medication lists in EMR
• Verify patient identity, location, and consent prior to provider visits
• Track and flag lab results per protocol; notify MD of abnormal values
• Execute physician care plans: schedule referrals, follow-ups, and labs
• Reinforce pre-approved provider instructions and distribute approved educational materials
• Route patient messages to supervising provider for all clinical decisions
• Assist with prior authorization paperwork using provider-completed data
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication logs
