- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- No prior real estate experience required (training provided)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support communication with clients throughout active transactions
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and service-related questions
- Assist in resolving basic client concerns and coordinating solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth client experience
