Client Solutions Assistant (Data Entry)
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years of administrative or office experience.
- Experience in the waste, solid waste, or recycling industry (Preferred).
- Ability to work with a high volume data entry.
- Ability to organize and maintain data effectively.
- A keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently.
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients both by phone and email.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately input waste profiles and customer location information into the company’s systems.
- Accurately input pricing details for new profiles into the company’s systems.
- Review pre shipment paperwork and verify the system to ensure profiles and pricing are accurate for incoming waste in Digital Waste.
- Other duties as assigned.
