Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in business setup, UAE visa processing, or license services is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE government platforms and procedures (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, DED).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• A professional, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full process of client requests in coordination with relevant departments and authorities.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and UAE government authorities, including DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, and Emirates ID Authority.
• Maintain accurate records and proactively follow up on pending applications or document requirements.
• Provide clear, timely updates and expert guidance to clients throughout each step of the process.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE business and immigration laws, as well as internal company policies.
• Respond to client queries efficiently, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.
• Collaborate closely with sales, PROs, and the wider operations team to deliver a seamless service.
• Educate clients on documentation requirements, timelines, and legal procedures.
• Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
