RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inbound leads (text, calls, and form submissions)
- Ask questions to understand client needs (credit, funding, business services)
- Position our services with confidence and clarity
- Follow up with leads who haven’t taken action
- Keep conversations organized and professional
- Book appointments
- Follow up with potential leads
