Client Acquisitions Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in outbound calling or inside sales
- Comfort with handling a large volume of phone calls daily
- Weekend availability required (with two weekdays off provided as a schedule swap)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer and web-based tools
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Place a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our client’s services
- Handle inbound customer calls to support various operational workflows
- Clearly explain service value and guide pet owners through the client onboarding process
- Overcome objections and address questions with professionalism and empathy
- Track and manage outreach activity using internal tools to ensure accurate records and timely follow-ups
- Share feedback and insights with the team to help refine outreach strategies
